Sure Sports FC is opening a Lagos recruiting window for the next competitive cycle.
The Lagos trial is now open for players aged 14 to 18 who want a more serious route into football development, structured education support and the next spring UPSL cycle. This is not positioned as a one-day showcase. It is a live recruiting window connected to Sure Sports FC's Division I and Premier Team planning.
- Runs from July 13th to July 27th at 4:30 PM in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Built around spring UPSL selection, educational programs and Dallas Cup 2027 direction.
- Trial package includes tee shirts and a team studies book.

Head of Business Relations & Development
FIFA agent with 23 years of experience and Nigeria national team coaches manager for the 2005 World Cup and 2016 Olympic team.
He supports Sure Sports FC across business relations, development direction and long-term football opportunities.
Head of Recruitment & Premier Team Coach
Tudor Barna
Tudor Barna leads recruitment for Sure Sports FC while also serving as the club's Premier Team Coach, bringing a strong blend of professional playing experience, player evaluation and coaching development into the club environment.
Born and raised in Romania, Tudor's football journey took him into the country's second professional division. His playing level earned him recognition as part of the best XI in the state, and he also captained the Nicolae Titulescu high school futsal team to a national semifinal.
After moving to the United States, Tudor earned both a bachelor's degree and a graduate degree from Liberty University in Sport Management with an emphasis in Coaching and Administration. During that period, he also played for Lynchburg FC in the UPSL, where the club won its conference three consecutive times and where Tudor became the all-time leading goal scorer.
At Sure Sports FC, his role is centered on identifying players with the right quality, mentality and long-term fit for the club, while also helping drive standards within the Premier Team pathway.
Coach & Scouting Staff
Christian Obodo
Christian Obodo, former Nigeria and Serie A legend, captained Sure Sports FC for three seasons and now serves in the club's coaching and scouting staff.
His experience helps shape training standards, player assessment and the competitive mindset expected across the Sure Sports FC environment.
Technical Director
Ken Enofe
Ken Enofe is the Technical Director at Sure Sports FC and a former professional player with experience in Nigeria, Ireland, Holland, the UAE and Bahrain.
He brings strong experience in coaching and player development, helping guide football structure, player standards and long-term growth inside the club.
Team Leadership & Captain
Ejike Emmanuel
Ejike Emmanuel has played more than 200 matches for Sure Sports FC and has been part of three trophy-winning seasons with the club.
His leadership and captaincy help set the tone for accountability, commitment and the daily standards expected from the group.
